Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders above AUD100 or HKD300 in Australia or HK. We charge a flat rate shipping of AUD9.9 should the order amount is lower. Free international shipping on all orders above HKD2,000 (USD255). We endeavour to process orders within 1-3 business days upon order placement. 

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched by email with a link to track your order. 

When we have an unusually high volume of orders due to seasonal launches or holidays, it may take a bit longer for your order to ship.

Domestic within Hong Kong
Free delivery on all orders above HKD3000, delivery estimate, 1-2 business days from dispatch.

International
Free delivery on all orders above HKD2,000 (USD255), delivery estimate 7-15 days.
