Refund policy

With a million and one things you need to worry about before baby's arrival, whether our baby wrap is worth it should not be one of them! We are confident that once you receive our award-winning product, you will recognize its superior quality and thoughtful designs that make it a game changer in babywearing. We are also convinced that once you try our product with your bub, you will fall in love with the experience. So we offer an unparalleled return policy - one month after your baby's arrival, so you can get ready for the most beautiful bonding experience worry free. 

To return your baby wrap, it should be in a resellable condition, in its original packaging with all labels intact. Please do not wash your baby wrap. Please contact us for return instructions at bula@ivaufiji.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods to IVAU and the goods are the customer's responsibility until they are sufficiently returned to our address. 

Return non-babywrap products 

IVAU is passionate about ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you change your mind about an item, you can return the item to receive a refund, provided that you have your invoice and the items are returned to us unworn, in their original condition and packaging and with all labels intact. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at bula@ivaufiji.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at bula@ivaufiji.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any goods to IVAU and the goods are the customer's responsibility until they are sufficiently returned to our address. 

Damages and issues
We like to ensure our products are of the highest quality, however in the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or an item that is in a faulty condition, please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

* ATTENTION! When you return products and your final order amount comes below the free shipping limit, the free shipping of your initial order will expire. The costs will be settled with the return amount.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items. Because we work with a limited stock, we can't guarantee sizes. If you wish to receive another item or size, you have to place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
